This Privacy Policy applies to the AdMesh public website, support workflows, and related AdMesh-operated advertiser, developer, and administrative services that link to this notice. In this policy, "AdMesh," "we," "our," and "us" refer to AdMesh Ecosystem.

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Name, work email, phone number, company name, and account profile details
• Campaign, creative, booking, wallet, payout, and billing-related information

• Any files or records you submit to us for onboarding, moderation, or troubleshooting

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• IP address, coarse region, browser type, device details, and operating system
• Authentication, security, fraud-prevention, and audit-log events
• Website usage signals such as pages viewed, errors, and performance diagnostics
• Support form anti-abuse signals and browser storage preference choices

2.3 Delivery-proof and platform telemetry

When AdMesh is used inside supported game environments, we may process placement, schedule, render, heartbeat, and proof-of-delivery events. These events help us confirm that a reserved placement ran as expected, investigate disputes, measure aggregate performance, prevent fraud, and improve service quality.

Unless a separate contract says otherwise, public reservation bookings are charged based on the reserved schedule value, not on raw impression counts, gaze measurements, or per-view CPM-style calculations.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve AdMesh products and support services
• Create accounts, authenticate users, and manage access permissions
• Quote, book, verify, settle, and report reserved ad placements
• Process wallet funding, billing, payouts, refunds, credits, and make-good workflows
• Detect abuse, enforce policies, monitor reliability, and investigate incidents
• Send service notices, support responses, product updates, and marketing communications
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

4. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Depending on the jurisdiction, we process personal data on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.

5. How We Share Information

• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, payment, moderation, and security vendors acting on our instructions
• Commercial counterparties: limited booking, settlement, reporting, or payout data shared with the relevant advertiser, developer, or partner for the same placement
• Legal and safety disclosures: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, or AdMesh
• Corporate events: if AdMesh is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale
• Aggregated reporting: de-identified or aggregate performance insights that do not identify an individual user

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, security, accounting, legal, and contractual recordkeeping. Retention periods differ by data type. For example, booking and settlement records may be retained longer than basic website analytics logs because of tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution needs.

7. International Transfers and India-Focused Notice

AdMesh operates from India and may use vendors or infrastructure that process information in India, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. When we transfer data across borders, we use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards that are appropriate for the transfer.

If local law gives you specific rights or requires region-specific handling, including under emerging Indian privacy frameworks, we will handle your request in line with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

AdMesh services are not directed to children under 13, and where a higher minimum age applies under local law, we expect our customers and users to comply with that higher threshold. If you believe a child provided personal data to AdMesh without proper authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete the data where required.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: ask what personal data we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to update incomplete or inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion, subject to legal or contractual exceptions
• Portability: request a machine-readable copy where applicable
